The Dawley family wanted to see these 300 acres mature to their greatest use, leaving the Sioux Falls region with a beautiful, village-like development.
To create that experience, the Dawley family partnered with the Lloyd family. Craig and Pat Lloyd founded Lloyd Companies in 1972 with a commitment to building relationships along with developments. Lloyd Cos. is honored to be the developer, leasing agent and property manager for Dawley Farm Village.
