The UPS Store to move to Dawley Farm Village

The UPS Store is moving one of its locations to the east side at Dawley Farm Village.

It’s going into a three-tenant retail building along Veterans Parkway that includes Pizza Hut and Budget Blinds.

The 2,000-square foot UPS Store will occupy the south end of the building.

“This is a great addition to the east-side of Sioux Falls,” said Ryan Tysdal of Van Buskirk Cos., who brokered the deal. “We have really been missing this type of offering in the area, which has seen incredible growth over the past couple decades.”

The UPS Store’s services including packing, shipping, printing, shredding, notary services, and personal and business mailboxes.

The new Dawley location will be a relocation of the West 41st Street store. There are three locations in Sioux Falls.

“Like many national tenants, The UPS Store is constantly fine-tuning their retail footprint in our market and making adjustments based on growth patterns of the city,” Tysdal said.

“The impact of Veterans Parkway on new development cannot be understated. We are working on numerous deals along Veterans Parkway between Madison Street and 57th Street.”

The UPS Store plans to be open in the spring of 2024.
