SafeSplash Swim School to hold Dawley Farm Village grand opening

More than 500 students already have enrolled at the newest SafeSplash Swim School – and it’s time to celebrate.

SafeSplash will hold a grand-opening party at its Dawley Farm Village location from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday.

Located in a retail center at 603 S. Highline Place, SafeSplash provides students with a safe, fun, effective learning environment to develop lifelong water safety skills.

Featuring 90-degree water and four or fewer students per teacher, SafeSplash provides a proven curriculum developed from more than 7 million lessons, with integral input from Olympian Missy Franklin.

Franchisees Dan and Christa Sobocinski also operate the Sioux Falls location at 85th Street and Minnesota Avenue.

“Dawley Farms is off to a great start,” Dan Sobocinski said. “We have an awesome team, and we’re excited to invite local families to come and experience the fun vibe of this proven learn-to-swim concept.”

Haven’t signed up for lessons yet? Not a problem.

“Flexibility is one of our big selling features. People can start lessons anytime, take breaks as needed and go for as long as they wish to keep improving their skills, technique and stamina,” Sobocinski said. “And we offer a free trial lesson to anyone who is wondering if SafeSplash is right for them.”

The grand opening is the perfect time to check out SafeSplash while having extra fun.

Free activities include:

Face painting.
Balloon art.
Fun photo area with a drawing for free lessons.
Various kids games and contests.
Tours of the new location.
Live lesson demonstrations. Six free trial lessons are offered every half hour; must come ready to swim.
Free snacks with hot and cold drinks.
